You can delete your RunParty account and the data RunParty's server keeps about you at any time, in the app or by email.
In the app
- Open RunParty and go to your Profile (the last tab).
- Tap Settings at the top right.
- At the bottom, tap Delete my account and confirm.
Your account is deleted at once, and the app starts again as a new runner.
What is deleted
- Your account and its sign-in, including the link to your Google or Apple account.
- Your profile: name, photo, country, the words about you, your Instagram name, your RunParty ID and your public summary (level and streak).
- The routes you host and the clubs you own, with their chats.
- Your chat messages and reactions everywhere, your invites, check-ins, blocks, mutes and reports.
What is kept
- Records of purchases (RunParty Pro and tips), which Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat keep for refunds and tax under their own policies.
- What is on your phone: runs, tracks and steps stay until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it, and pictures and videos you saved stay in your gallery until you delete them.
Without the app
If you no longer have the app, write to support@runparty.app with your RunParty name (and your RunParty ID if you know it). We delete the account and its data within 30 days and reply when it's done.
